When we look at the neck from the side we should have an "arch" or crescent curve in your neck. Many times this normal curve is lost due poor posture, a car accident, or repetitive strain on the neck. Patients who have a decrease in the lordotic curve in the neck often have neck pain and sometimes arm and hand pain.
